Phoenix Air Aviation Service

Aviation Maintenance Technician (AMT) Apprenticeship Program

The main goal of our apprenticeship program is to train and prepare the next generation of aircraft mechanics for a successful, rewarding, long-term career in the aviation industry. Phoenix Air benefits by developing our own team of well-trained technicians. We assist participants in obtaining their Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification and then provide a clear career pathway within our company and the aviation industry. This is a 30 to 36-month program.

This program is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to begin a career in the aviation industry and get paid while doing so.
